Vista Real is situated in a quiet residential area within the village of Alcaidesa, which is at the South end of the Costa del Sol in Spain. The property is situated only 5 miles east of the historic Rock of Gibraltar, and within easy reach of Sotogrande, Marbella, Estepona, Cadiz, Jerez, etc., and although a very quiet location enjoys all the benefits of being within easy driving distance of the Costa del Sol's shops, restaurants, clubs etc.

This is a golfers paradise. Not only are you living frontline on Alcaidesa Golf Course overlooking three different holes, there is a choice of over 40 golf courses within an hours drive, including San Roque (10 minutes), Royal Sotogrande (10 minutes) and world famous Valderrama (20 minutes).

The nearest airport is in Gibraltar 5 miles away, but for best value from most UK airports, Malaga is just over an hours drive away. From Malaga use the N340 dual carriageway, an excellent quality road, (tolls approx 7.5 euros) taking the exit for Alcaidesa (junction 124). The property is approx five minutes from the exit. Due to the quiet location a car is advisable. Parking at the property is not a problem, right at the door.

A new agreement signed in late 2006, between the Spanish, British and Gibraltar Governments will allow the joint use of Gibraltar Airport with an expected upsurge in the amount of flights.
