Our property in Spain is a modern luxurious front line golf three bedroom two bathroom penthouse apartment in a quiet location, complete with easy parking right at the property door. It occupies the whole of the top storey of a three floor apartment block and enjoys one of the most desirable locations in the region with fine views of Alcaidesa Golf Course, the Mediterranean Sea and out to Africa. There is a lift for easy access.

The spacious accommodation (170 sq m) is made up of a large open plan lounge and dining and living room with open fire, and separate sitting area, a fully fitted kitchen, a master king size double bedroom wing with a large en suite bathroom and shower, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with a bathroom with shower over bath and a separate wc.

The very large terrace (90 sq m) has separate direct access from two bedrooms, the kitchen, the lounge and the dining area. The property shares a 23-metre pool set in gardens in the shade of palm trees. Please note that the pool is only open during the summer season.

The views from the apartment are stunning. Directly below you is the fairway of the 9th hole for the Alcaidesa Links Golf Course - the only links course in Costa Del Sol - and between that and the sea are the greens for the 7th, 8th and 12th holes. The view extends along the beach to the lighthouse and across the Mediterranean Sea to the Atlas Mountains in Morocco. At night the lighthouse shines endlessly out to sea.

The view is ever changing. The beach; the sea; the golf course; the Atlas Mountains of Morocco; fishing boats; powerboats; the lighthouse. Wake up in the morning and open the shutters in time for a spectacular sunrise, or better still leave them open all night and let the early rising sun wake you up.

The Village square is a short walk away where local amenities include a small supermarket, and bars/restaurants.

There are the usual facilities you would expect in a penthouse of this quality including oven and hob, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dish washer, microwave, central heating, air conditioning, television with sky channels and DVD player etc. On the terrace there are tables and chairs as well as sun beds and barbeque. A travel cot can be provided if required.
